configuration Problem

Hi All,
I just have installed the Majordomo Listserver on Enterprise 3000, using
solaris 2.5.1. Everything seem to be installed successfully...but I
am having hard time configuring the lists and aliases. when I try to
subscribe to a list name "list-name.info" I get the following errors:

--------------------------------xxxx--------------------------------- >>>>
subscribe list-name.info
**** subscribe: unknown list 'list-name.info'.
--------------------------------xxxx-------------------------------------

I will appericiate any kind of help, especially if somebody could walk me
thru over the phone...if you give the ph number I will call you.
