Are you saying that the message has made it top Sendmail and it is slowly
being sent out?  (Look at mailq output.)  If so, why do you blame
Majordomo?  Its job is done; it has nothing to do with the message at this
point.  Majordomo does not do delivery.

To speed up deliver, run a caching nameserver, run something other than
Sendmail (exim, perhaps) or run bulk_mailer or TLB to do parallel
deliveries.
