Email attachments filtering

Hi all,

I am having trouble with my mailing list.  Some subscribers are sending 
email attachments (e.g. MS word files, .zip files) to the list, and this 
would cause problems to the digests and archives.  Is there any way to 
filter the email attachments and just pass the plain text part to the list ?

Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
