Yup, I don't think there is a way to have one universal default, but then
again, do we need one? I am on several different mailing lists, each with
their own particular behaviors. Isn't it enough to put this all behind us
by saying that the Cc'ing of members is majordomo-users list policy? If I
went to England, I wouldn't complain about people driving on the wrong side
of the road; I'd accept it as a regional thing and just go with the flow....
