This may have been ask'd before already... or someone may already have a
solution to this out there... if either is the case I would greatly
appreciate any assist anyone could give me...
I have 7 or 8 mailing lists running on my mail server for our IRC Network
and have been getting an increasing number of users asking for the main
list to be available in digest form which I have no problem with...
I've gone through and configured the digest as per the quick-digest-setup
in the source for both the 1.94.1 and 1.94.3 releases... and it saves the
postings in $digest_work_dir fine... however when it goes to sending out
the digest when it meets the requirements in the -digest.cf file all I get
being sent out is the following...

Subject: UnderGrid Digest V1 #3

UnderGrid Digest Tuesday, May 27 1997 Volume 01 : Number 003

In this issue:

- ----------------------------------------------------------------------

End of UnderGrid Digest V1 #3

>>>>>

As you can see it leaves out the posts which is a big problem... I've been
looking through the 'digest' script in my /majordomo/ directory... I've
also had to make atleast one edit to said script on line 172 to make the
line read "if ($files < $[) {" instead of "if ($#files < $[) {" which was
causing me to get the following error message...

MAJORDOMO ABORT (mj_digest)!!

No messages.
Stopped

I can fix this by taking out that # mark... Like I said if anyone can help
me solve this problem or point me into the direction of a fix for it I
would be much appreciative to them...

Thought to ponder : All a hacker needs is a tight PUSHJ, a loose pair
of UUOs, and a warm place to shift.
