Erm... I'm not quite sure what you're trying to achieve here.
If you are after a list where you can send admin commands AND list messages
to the list (which is a rather odd thing to want to do) then yes, you
will need to rewrite resend to pass messages with admin commands in to
majordomo. Or manually forward bounced messages to majordomo.
At the risk of sounding patronising... why not just do it the way
everyone else does it and require that admin command be sent to a
listname-request address that is aliased to
"| path/wrapper majordomo -l listname" or even just require that people
send admin command to majordomo direct, specifing listname.
