We are located near the Great Lakes region of the USA.

All ya had to do is ask. :)
We have a team of programmers, (of which I am not), but I am on the design
team for the software that we use at SparkNET's Majordomo Division:
We invested about 5000+ man-hours of programming into it over the last 9
months, added web-interfaces to it (on revision #3 in less than 6 months),
added complete automation to setup and destruction of a list, added new
join & remove alias CGI routines, developed an internal support ticket
tracking system to support our clients, enhanced our multiple Pentium
servers to handle 20Mbps throughput via dual ethernet cards and controlling
traffic patterns, re-developed the bouncing technology (still unsatisfied
with where it is at), and we're currently re-developing the CONFIRM
process, as it is still too complicated for the average 'joe' to figure out.
We expect to continue advancing it significantly this year.
See next email on this topic......
