I'm having problems with users unsubscribing to my test mailing list.
I get the error:
MAJORDOMO ABORT (mj_majordomo)!!
chown(512, 512, "/usr/majordomo-1.94.3/lists/test.new"): Operation not permitted
It seems that the test.new file is the key to the problem. If its owner/group are set to majordomo/majordomo
manually then the next unsubscribe command works OK but something, I don't know what, then seems to
set the test.new back to owner/group majordomo/daemon.
I've checked the Makefile and the owner and group are both set to 512, our id for majordomo.
Any hints on what is changing test.new and where it gets its owner/group info from???
