*Unless* the registrants of majordomo.com can see that the light at the
end of the tunnel is the headlamp of an oncoming train, and decide to do
the honorable thing and voluntarily transfer the name over to the
rightful owners--thus avoiding both sides paying lots of money to lawyers
and taxing the already-overburdened legal system, when these steps can be
avoided by the appropriate party coming forth and redeeming themselves.
Think of it as the duty we have to our fellow taxpayers not to waste more
of their money, if thinking of it as the ethical and moral thing to do
isn't good enough. (I presume that it is, but I may be an idealist.)
