Well I can notice that you are also new to Perl, and perhaps to any
flavour of unix. The facts are:

1.- Wherever you have a label << END means that the entry is from 
    definition to label END thus noadvertise entries start AFTER <<END
    and ENDS on END.
    noadvertise << END
      1st entry
      2nd entry
    END  
    
2.- Nothing more
