Can you elaborate on what is not "entirely fair?" Charging for lists?
Asking what others charge?

I have encountered one other ISP that includes mailing lists services as
part of the account. Most do not, since most customers do not need list
services. Your customers are "paying" for their lists whether they realize
it or not. I prefer to charge on a per-list basis, instead of spreading
the cost of hosting mailing lists to all of my clients.
