Thanks for that, it worked good, but it wasn't in the FAQ, my last problem is majordomo isn't using the subject prefix which I need for filtering.

 I have tried 
subject_prefix      =$LIST
subject_prefix      =[$LIST]
subject_prefix     = test

this is from test.config in the lists directory

Anyone know whats wrong ?
