I installed Red Hat 4.1 over 3.0.3 and it broke majordomo.  This email was
the fix.  I hope this helps:

All I had to do was change the GROUP of the majordomo installation to
group "mail"... in 4.1, sendmail runs as group mail and 3.0.3 runs as
group daemon.  So, I changed that and VOILA!
