I knew the load would go up, but not quite that high. So far it has not
caused any problems, was just a bit of a shock to see a load of 4+ on a
system that hardly sees above 1.0.

Currently I am using the default of 20. The largest BM's list I run has
200 subscribers. For a much larger list I would probably bump maxdomains
higher, say 50 (though this is just a guess, I'd have to test it out).
