Well, I can say that my installation of majordomo-1.94.1, with no
blank lines, no text is dropped. I never tried it with blank lines. The
person who first helped me out explicitly said "NO blank lines" after the
'approved' line.

So, we know how our setups work. Can anyone else shed some light?
