Read the documentation! list-owner-info covers this in detail.
Either (1) use the 'approve' script, (2) add a custom "Approved:
password" header to your own message (so you don't have to include an
extra set of headers), or else (3) write the message the way you're
supposed to be approving them -- with the first line as "Approved:
password" and a set of headers (From:, To:, and Subject: are a good
set), a blank line, and the message body following. After all,
Majordomo won't know (or care) whether the headers after the
"Approved: password" line come from you or from some MUA like Pine or
Eudora.
And, don't forget -- READ THE DOCUMENTATION!!! It's all in there!!!
