description of the fact that aol insists that large email messages
be transmitted as attachments omitted...

there's nothing you can do about it. it's an aol policy decision
that would seemingly be unchangeable.

my aol subscribers have learned to live with it. i refuse to set my max
length parameters low enough to get under the aol mail size horizon.
