I have set up a dummy closed list using majordomo 1.94.3

However, I don't know how to send documents to the list to be stored and distributed
to the email group.

What are the aliases that I must have in the alias lists for this, and also
what configurations do I need.

I am a new majordomo admin.

Any help is most appreciated
