An "admin request" bounce means that majordomo thinks that the message is a
control (subscribe, unsubscribe, who...) message.  It checks the first
couple of lines of a message to try to stop these annoying posts to the
main list.

If she is the own she can put an Approve: <password> line which will stop
the bouncing for here.
