Hi,
I've got a rather strange restrict_post issue that I hope someone
can help me with. I have three active mailing lists, all of which
I have configured to use the mailing list file as the restrict_post
file. This works for two of the lists just fine, but not the
third. Even though I have defined restrict_post in the config file
of this one "misbehaving" mail list, it will still accept postings
from people not subscribed.
I've gone to the point of using tar to copy the entire lists area of
one of the other mail lists that is working properly and actually
restricting posts of non-subscribers, and then changing the list name
and making sure that all the directories are correct. But it still
will not restrict_posts (just this one, the other two are still fine).
All files are 664, directories 775. All the lists have virtual hosts
and use the -C flag with separate .cf files for each.
I tried adding $DEBUG = 1; in the .cf file of the offending mail list
and debug = yes in it's config file, but no output was produced in
the temporary file.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Jon
