I am getting the following error when I try to force a digest to generate:

I'm running majordomo1.94.3, perl 5.003, on a Solaris 2.5.1 box. I do
need to get this resolved ASAP, but I am stumped. I've checked all FAQ's
and README's I could find, but haven't found anything helpful.
suggestions, please?
