Hi all,

After all the discussion of cpu usage and streamlining sendmail, I decided
to download bulk_mailer and install it.  I searched the web and found
bulk_mailer-1.8.tar.gz at ftp.doc.ic.ac.uk.  Is this the right package?
There were several other bulk mailers (one was called Extractor) and I want
to be sure I have the right one.
