Something is converting to quoted-printable. Majordomo doesn't understand
anything about MIME or its quoted-printable encoding. A future version of
Majordomo will handle MIME but for now there's no easy way to make
Majordomo decode things.

If someone was interested in perpetrating a sick hack, it would be possible
to just make Majordomo do the quoted-printable decoding itself if it sees
the appropriate Content-Transfer-Encoding header. It really shouldn't be
all that difficult, if someone were so inclined.
