It has been done before (check the archives) and now that there's a real
port of perl for win32 instead of that Activeware thing, it should be much
easier. The main problem is going to be the absence of Sendmail, but I hear
there's a workalike somewhere.

I'd actually like to get someone to test 2.0 on a win32 system eventually
(once it's closer to release); it should be much easier to make it work
because it has no dependence on the local mailer.
