ok, i can get it to work _if_ i specify the outgoing list address in
a mkdigest, but the headers in the generated digest are, of course,
somewhat messed up because it's using majordomo.cf instead of
digest.net. if i have to, i can use exim's rewriting capabilities to
fix this, but that shouldn't really be necessary. i also note that
this problem only appears to apply to mkdigest; things are fine with
digests that are automagically generated when thresholds (max size,
max days) are crossed.
