The comments in the .config file suggest that the

   restrict_post

config mechanism is not really the way to restrict posts, but instead one
should use the -I option for resend.

Yet, from what people have said on this list, it looks like most of
you use restrict_post.  Did I misunderstand the text in the config file?

I would certainly prefer to have as much of the configuration in the
.config and less in aliases.
