It looks like the braindead CCMail gateway is setting the "Reply-To:" to
be the same as the To: line, which causes any replies to be sent back to
the list.
It's also responding to the Reply-to: in the original message, instead
of the envelope header.
Take the person off the list, tell them to get a better gateway. Also,
find out which gateway it is, and yack at the developer if you have the
time. It's ridiculous code that makes some sort of sense in a
direct-mail-only environment, but misses the entire point of why things
are done the way they are.
