You probably want to up the maxlength from 40k to 100k+ if not
more. I had the same problem.
As long as I'm thinking of it, majordomo (or at least 1.94.1,
unsure if this has been handled already) will bounce a
moderated message with an attachment, because there is
a header prepended to the body of the message, superceding
the approved: line. (I beleive that's the MIME encoding part)
I put a patch in my mj to rewrite the incoming message putting the
approved: line to be the first line of the body. It works, being
that mj removes that line before it sends.
