Aha! Jason, you RULE! The ownership on the old list file was INDEED the
problem but I didn't SEE it as a problem because it's always worked that
was with v1.92 of MajorDomo ! While I'm at it, can you (or someone) verify
for me that this is how the owner/group ownerships and the permissions
should look for each of the files for a given group?

-rw-rw-r-- 1 daemon majordom 12105 Oct 15 17:05 incolsa-l.config
