HyperMail and MHonArc (use your fav search engine for URLs) will take an
archive and HTML'ize it. Richard Sharpe even posted his harchive.pl (a
merge of HyperMail and the archive script) -- check the list archives for
info.
But none of these will allow the kind of bi-directional discussion that you
want. Manar Hussain <manar@ivision.co.uk> was rumored to have something
along those lines for his mail $service, and there was talk about releasing
the code. You might check with him.
