It does?  Where in the code does it do that?  Honestly, all of the
instructions tell you to use '-outgoing', but you can use anything at all
that you like.  I used to use random numbers.

There are other solutions.  Since they were just covered a scant number of
weeks ago, I'll refer you to the archives.
