Subject: permanent fatal errors

I am the list manager for a majordomo list with 1700 people on it.
Recently I started receiving error messages saying
that the following addresses had permanent fatal errors
and a long list followed.
Trouble is many of the addresses listed ARE getting their e-mail okay
(I know because I am one of the addresses listed)
Most of the permanent fatal error messages applied to addresses on the same
internet provider as our list
(ie. sky@****.com and our list is maintained by majordomo@****.com)
but not all.

We are running Majordomo version 1.94.2_spin1

Why would this start to happen all of a sudden?

We are also having some list members receive duplicate messages
differing in byte size.

If anyone can explain this to me very simply (as I said I am not the Administrator)
I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.

Sky
