You are sending mail directly to the list with the mail handler.
Some mail handler programs (has nothing to do with majordomo) will
not send mail to the sender, that is, everyone else on the list
gets the message except the sender. This is the case with my server's
mail program. It also does not send mail to multiple aliases which
end up at the same address. For instance, I've made up many alias
addresses in my 'test' list, none of which get copied. To test the
list I had to set up an account at a free outside service, such as
www.hotmail.com. The problem is, some mail administrators have
blocked out addresses like hotmail.com or juno.com (home of spammers)
for incoming mail, but they will send outgoing mail to them.
Soooo... I added the hotmail.com address to the "test" list manually.
