Hi!
I've setup Majordomo 1.94.4 on a Slackware Linux 3.3 system running Perl
5.004, and Sendmail 8.8.6
I've run the test (./wrapper config-test), created the list, and can
subscribe/unsubscribe users. I can e-mail majordomo and ask for help,
or info on a list, etc
When I try to send to a list, I get a message (sent to the list owner)
with Permission Denied (see below). The message has two attachments.
One of which has a message the "actual recipient", and if I take this
literally, it is botching the alias expansion (see below).
I've checked all permissions to the list directory, and made the daemon
account (under which sendmail is running) a member of the group that
owns the majordomo directory structure.
below I've included snippets of the error message, the attachment in the
message, and part of the /etc/aliases file that is pertinent.
Has anyone else run into this ? Any ideas on what I need to look at/fix
??
Thanks!
