resend problems with keywords in subject or body

Whenever a user tries to send a message to a list,  the message is bounced
if any majordomo key words (help, who, lists, etc..) are present in the
subject or body of the message.

Any idea why majordomo is taking these keywords as requests, when this type
of message should just be resent intact without any problems.

I am running Version 1.94.1.   If possible, please reply to
ealvarad@kern.cc.ca.us with any ideas.
