just setup a new list (suppsedly) and I can recipients can send/receive with
no problems. I can do a 'lists' and the list description shows up properly.
my subject prefix and msg_footer aren't being put in the msgs and the
open+confirm policy sends the confirm msg, but also also sends an approval
request to the list-owner after the confirmation msg is returned by the
user.
