Majordomo is a UNIX application. It is not ported to run on Windows as far
as I have ever heard. It would be technically possible to do, but no one
has yet come forward to share their success, so it remains a question mark.
Someone with a deep understanding of a myriad of technical issues
[sendmail, NTPerl, Win32:Internet, etc] should be able to do it. However,
(no offense) your questions lead me to believe you are not that sort of
person.

You might be better off investigating a native Windows-based solution and
forget Majordomo. Might I suggest:
