I am not aware of anyone who has documented in detail how to get Majordomo
working under Windows 95.  Unless you can find such a person, or *really*
know what you're doing and are comfortable dealing with often confusing
Perl code and process management on a DOS/Windows system, not to mention
the problems involved in configuring such a system to receive Internet
mail, the chances that you'll be able to get Majordomo working under
Windows 95 are exceedingly small.
