You are trying to run a list server system off of a Win95?  Are you
sure you know what majordomo is for?   What MTA are you running on
that system?

It may be possible to get majordomo to work on Win95, but it would take a
great deal of fiddling.  You would first have to understand already many
things about majordomo, and undertstand things about mail transport and
queing on your system, and some Perl as well.
