I've found that occaisionaly on busy lists, when several postings
may come in at once, you may end up with many Hypermail processes
spawned off. When this happens, Hypermail tends to corrupt one of
the postings.
Once a posting is corrupted, your mail queue will begin to fill up with
messages deferred due to "error 13."
My suggestion is to move to a batch-style update of your hypermail
archives, instead of spawning off a new Hypermail process with the arrival
of each new message.
