I suggest that you first check the sendmail that is included
with you linux. If your are going to use the maching in
production then you should version 8.8.6. If your just going
to test you could probably stick with what there is.

Majordomo has nothing to do with neither cgi, WWW or HTTP.
If you do want to install an HTTP server, I suggest that you
check Apache instead. There is not much of development of the
NCSA server.
