Yes, in the config file for the list is a subject prefix setting. HOWEVER
this wil break the "re:" check in most mailers, meaning that is a message
is replied to multiple times the subject will look like this:
HEAD: re: HEAD: re: HEAD: re: HEAD: test
Your header will be put before "re:" that is prepended by most mail
programs if one isn't there but isn't the "re:" will never be first it will
continue to be prepended by most mail programs. So if your list is open
and you have dicussions going on think carafully about doing this, there
are better ways to reconize the list, such as the "sender:" header, or ever
the "reply-to:" header.
