Subject: The "reply_to" problem again...

I've been trying to figure out the "reply_to" parameter for the "config"
file now for a week, conducting tests with a couple of testers for my new
list and there is still something to be worked out.

I currently run another list through a free service on the web
(www.coollist.com). It turned out not to be so call after all (messages
take a long time to reach the list, they get lost sometimes etc.), but
luckily someone pointed me in the right direction for a new list, and some
helpful souls have now provided me with a new Majordomo list which I'm now
setting up, hoping to make it work properly so I can transfer all 43 or so
subscribers of the old list to it.

Now, back to the problem of reply address to the list. I've mentioned this
before (in another thread here), but what i want to bring up here is the
fact that the "coollist" doesn't give me the current problems we're having
with the Majordomo list.

With the Majordomo list, my testers tell me that when doing a <reply>
(without manually changing email addresses or anything), the address to the
list as well as the person who wrote the message is inserted in the "To:"
field.

This does NOT happen with the "coollist" -where just the list address comes
up, so apparently it's NOT just the mail software my testers are using.
I've tried comparing the headers of the Majordomo list and the Coollist,
and the only difference I can see is in the first line where it says
"From". In the "Coollist" it gives the list address as the sender while in
the Majordomo list it gives the "notator-owner" address (list owner).

So... what can I do to "fix" this problem?
I did notice another difference as well "Precedence: bulk" in the Majordomo
list and "Precedence: list" in the Coollist. What's that for?

How can I make it work like the old list?
Does this have anything to do with the following lines in the "config"
file?:

(Line 237): resend_host =
(line 252): sender = owner-notator
