I've just checked with them and this is what they say:

Yes, there is an reply_to added, not changed.

We're using Majordomo 1.94, as provided out of SuSe 5.0;
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Furthermore they tell me that they're running their system on Pentium PCs
with Linux installed.
I don't know if this help sort out where the problem is, but they answered
what I asked them.

This "provider" (actually a free service) has only been around since the
beginning of November and they told me that they don't really know much
about Majordomo -they've only been using it for approx 5 weeks.
They're also very enthusiastic about me helping out in making a "quick and
easy FAQ"... so I guess I have some influence over how they have their
system set up.
So, what can I/they do about the problem? Are they using the wrong version
or something?
Anything they should change/reinstall/delete to fix these problems I've
been having?
