You really don't want to use this software; in fact, I've removed it from
that archive so nobody else tries to use it.  Please wait for Dave and I to
get things together and release the rewrite that Dave did.  I honestly
don't remember much about how this software works any more.

Sounds like you have a system problem unrelated to anything I know how to
deal with.  Do you have process limits set to something low?  You might try
contacting the Glimpse authors, since this is an error in Glimpse.
