Digest Config File

I would like to be able to set the digest config file to show only one
header and only footer, at the moment every message in the digest version
shows a header and footer.

I have a header and footer set in the regular config file, could someone
post a sample digest config file showing me how to set it to include only
one header and footer in the digest config file please?

I'm using Majordomo 1.92
