I'm using both.  I've used HyperMail since 1995 for literally dozens
of lists and it's been chugging along like you wouldn't believe!
Last year I started using MHonArc for lists that have high volumes
of attached files.  MHonArc saves and displays attachments nicely and
is pretty simple to set up.
