Help Regarding moderate list

I ve configured one moderate list. Mails without approve header bounce back
to moderator.Now if the moderator forward the mail to the list with the
approve header (without giving blank line before or after the approval
password) the entire mail without approve password line goes to all list
member ie the mail containing all bounces header. Event the subject line
become blank. Is there any way to phase out all those unwanted header, I
want only the message contain should reach to all list members along with
the original subject line sent by the users, as it is difficult for the
moderator to cut & paste the contain every time.
