Subject: Wanting to filter out blank messages

Hi all,

Two questions I am after some help with please:

I have recently been getting some messages sent out to one
of the mail lists I run with no subject and/or no body text.
Is there any easy way to set up a filter for this, to bounce
them to the list owner (me) for approval first?

And secondly I have had a couple of users attempt to subscribe
to one of my lists with their email software incorrectly
setup. The requests have been coming from users with an
address like: '@abc.com' with no username. Can I setup Majordomo
to filter out subscribes like this without having configured the
subscribe policy to have +confirm?

TIA

Al
