Majordomo doesn't work that way.  It makes the assumption that a human (the
list owner) should always be consulted before rejecting anything outright.

If you really want this behavior, you'll have to do some serious code
hacking.  Either that or wait for the next version to be completed.  (No, I
don't have a date except for "When it's done.")

Why not put that in your From: header, then?  Isn't that what you're asking
your subscribers to do?
